04.04.2016 Environmental updating RRM TGE - difficulties in access to the system
Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to inform that due to the planned today (04/04/2016) installation of a new version of RRM TGE System the application will be not available today during installation.
Detailed information about the completion of the work and the availability of the System will be sent in a separate statement.
We also inform that all data (including data weekend - 03 and 04/04/2016) have been successfully reported and approved by the ACER.
01.03.2016 OTC Trade Data Reporting
We kindly would like to inform that from 7 April 2016 Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (the Polish Power Exchange, hereafter also referred to as the TGE) will provide for all interested transactional data reporting OTC contracts.
Reporting will be done by dedicated for this purpose RRM TGE OTC module. Thus RRM TGE will offer Exchange Members and all interested fulfillment of obligations imposed on participants on the wholesale electricity and gas markets by REMIT Regulation and Implementation Acts.
On TGE website: https://www.tge.pl/en/503/rrm was published RRM OTC offer, current RRM Terms and Conditions of TGE with attachments (i.e. application and table of fees) extended for OTC offer.

07.10.2015 RRM TGE - RRM TGE - Trade reporting under REMIT - releasing

Today in the afternoon a production application will be released of RRM TGE System (address https://rrm.tge.pl). All registered users of the system will receive an email containing a link to activate account and login with one-time password. Data reporting from today's trading activity on the TGE will be visible in the RRM TGE System this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

We kindly remind you about the upcoming start of reporting of transaction data under REMIT on 07.10.2015. All POLPX members who wish to be included in the reporting process from that date should submit the RRM TGE Membership Application available at http://tge.pl/en/504/dokumenty-regulacje. This applies to those of you who have not done so yet.
In addition, we kindly remind you of the requirement to provide your chosen RRM’s ACER code in the CEREMP system. RRM TGE has been assigned the following code: B00001020.PL.
These data need to be provided before the start of reporting - 07.10.2015.
25.08.2015 Guide to reportng obligations under REMIT on TGE
The provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT) and the Implementing Acts thereto oblige the market participants to provide the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators with data concerning the orders and transactions concluded on wholesale electricity and gas market.
According to the guidelines of REMIT and Implementing Acts, only the entities which are granted the status of Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) in ACER may report to it.
On 12th August 2015, the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) was registered in ACER as RRM under the number B00001020.PL.
EXCHANGE COMMODITIES MARKET
Pursuant to the provisions of the Implementing Acts to REMIT, the obligation to report transaction data concerning the contracts concluded through organized trading platforms enters into force on 7th October 2015. From that day all participants of TGE energy and gas markets will be obliged to report their orders and transactions concluded on those markets. However, the obligation of reporting OTC contracts enters into force on 7th April 2016.
FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS MARKET
Due to the planned launch of Financial Instruments Market, FIM, the provisions of REMIT impose the obligation of reporting the orders placed on this market. TGE will provide the service of reporting such orders for the Financial Market Participants through RRM TGE System. Each FIM Participant should conclude an agreement for participation in RRM TGE. The formalities must be completed before the date of launching FIM. According to the published table of charges, the service is free of charge. However, transactions concluded on FIM must be reported to Transaction Repository, pursuant to the provisions of EMIR Regulation.
RRM TGE SYSTEM
In order to ensure that the Exchange Members’ obligation of Article 8 of REMIT Regulations is discharged in full, the Polish Power Exchange has implemented a computer system – RRM TGE – for reporting the orders and transactions. The reporting service is provided through RRM TGE within the scope defined in the Implementing Acts and in the format compliant with ARIS (ACER REMIT Information System), which is the central computer system of ACER processing data related to REMIT.
Pursuant to the Regulations of Polish Power Exchange RRM, any Market Participant who is an Exchange Member may be a Participant of RRM TGE within the scope of reporting data concerning the exchange market.
In order to become a participant of RRM TGE reporting system, an entity must:
- Obtain ACER CODE by registering in CEREMP system. All necessary information can be found on the website of the Energy Regulatory Office at: http://www.ure.gov.pl/pl/remit/rejestracja-remit, or register directly on the website of ACER at: https://www.acer-remit.eu/ceremp/home?nraShortName=20&lang=en_PL
- Registration is the obligatory condition of obtaining ACER CODE used for the identification of the market participant.
- The next step is joining the reporting system TGE RRM. This consists in filling in the application and accepting the Regulations of RRM, which equals concluding the agreement. 20.07.2015 Regulations on participation in the trade reporting service RRM TGE
We kindly inform you that the Management Board of TGE SA adopted regulations on participation in the trade data reporting service RRM TGE. These regulations are related to the possibility of fulfillment, for and on behalf of our members, of the obligations arising from the European Parliament and Council (EU) Regulation no. 1227/2011 of October 25th 2011 on wholesale energy markets integrity and transparency and associated Implementing Regulations, which impose upon the market participants the duty of submitting to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) data on orders and transactions performed on the wholesale energy and gas market.
The documents including „RRM Terms and Conditions of TGE”, „Table of RRM TGE Fees” and „Membership Application” can be found at the company’s website in the RRM section (http://tge.pl/en/503/rrm).
