Adoption of regulations regarding the Agricultural and Food Commodities Market

In connection with the planned launch of the Agricultural and Food Commodities Market (RTRS) within the Commodities Market of TGE S.A., the Exchange Management Board on January 14 this year adopted resolutions on the adoption of:

• Rules of the Agricultural and Food Commodities Market, specifying the detailed rules of trading applicable on the RTRS and
• Rules of Participation in the Authorized Warehouses System, specifying the requirements and rules for participation in the Authorized Warehouses System, created by TGE S.A. for the purposes of conducting physical clearing of transactions concluded on RTRS.
