Management Board of Towarowa Giełda Energii SA on 5 November 2018 decided that due to the planned establishment of November 12, 2018, a day off from work this will be treated as a working day for the purposes of understanding the "Execution Term" defined in Appendix 2 and 3 to the following Trading Terms for electricity forward instruments:
In connection with the above execution of PEAK5 and OFFPEAK contracts for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly programs for electricity will be implemented on November 12, 2018 as for business days. The number of hours at the execution date for these contracts remains unchanged.
