Dear Sir or Madam,
Management Board of Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. on 19th May, 2020 adopted new versions of the regulations of the Register of Certificates of Origin and the Register of Guarantees of Origin.
Provisions enabling the Management Board of TGE S.A. to suspend membership in both registers of any entity that fails to meet financial obligations to TGE S.A. or if there are significant indications that it may carry out activities that threaten trading safety at TGE has been added.
In addition, the GDPR clauses in both the regulations and in the annexes have been updated.
