Towarowa Giełda Energii (TGE), in performance of its obligation under Article 81(2) of the Act of 15 December 2022 on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 in connection with the situation on the natural gas market (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2687), provides information on the average price referred to in Article 25(1) of the above-mentioned Act. The volume-weighted average price of an annual contract with natural gas delivery in the calendar year 2023 (code GAS_BASE_Y-23), in the period from the beginning of its trading (31.12.2020) until and including the date of entry of the above Act into force (21.12.2022), rounded up to PLN 0.01/MWh is 343.86 PLN/MWh.
