Market Surveillance Bureau seminar with TGE brokers

On December 3, 2025 - as part of the support provided to trading participants with a view to prevent market abuse - the Market Surveillance Bureau organised a seminar for management staff of trading participants “Compliance culture in daily operations”. The seminar agenda included the following topics:

• Impact of REMIT II implementation on commodity market;
• Ensuring compliance of market operations with REMIT;
• Benefits of creating a culture of REMIT compliance for market participants.

The seminar was attended by approximately 100 people involved in the commodity market operated by TGE.
