Leadership change in InfoEngine

• On 22 July 2019, the Extraordinary General Meeting of InfoEngine S.A. appointed Dariusz Katulski to the position of the President of the Management Board.
• InfoEngine S.A. is the largest independent market operator and the entity responsible for balancing in Poland.
• The Company is 100% owned by Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (TGE).

Dariusz Bogumił Katulski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and MBA studies at the Jagiellonian College in Toruń. He has been active in the energy industry for 12 years.
Mr Katulski gained his professional experience in the private renewable energy sector holding, among others, the positions of Director for Development and Managing Director. In 2016-2018, in Grupa Energa S.A., he served as President of the Management Board (Energetyka Kaliska-Usługi Techniczne Sp. z o.o.) and Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa Ochrona in Gdańsk.
