The CACM Annual Report, prepared by the Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) in cooperation with Transmission System Operators (TSOs), monitors the implementation of the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management Regulation (CACM Regulation) and the associated Algorithm methodology.
The CACM Annual Report 2025 has been published on the All NEMO Committee website, today, 1st July 2026.
The report provides a comprehensive overview of the Single Day-Ahead Coupling (SDAC) and Single Intraday Coupling (SIDC) operations in 2025 and gives a broad outline of the current and future performance of market coupling algorithms and R&D activities undertaken.
The publication also features data from the first months of 15-min. MTU introduced in SDAC. The Scalability Report will be a separate publication.
The CACM Annual Report 2025 summarises the work achieved by NEMOs and TSOs in the day-ahead and intraday coupling projects to ensure successful operation of market coupling solutions. A regular and transparent assessment of their operations and performance is key to supporting the ultimate goal of all projects – an effective integrated EU energy market.
The All NEMO Committee will host the 4th Annual Conference on 29th September in Brussels where, among other topics, the CACM Annual Report will also be presented. For more information, follow the conference information page.
